History and Location
Created by Pope Francis on June 29, 2023, the Diocese of Gueckedou is located in Forest Guinea. Its headquarters is the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary in Gueckedou. It covers the prefectures of Gueckedou, Kissidougou, Kerouane and Macenta.
